Rental Terms & Conditions

Here's everything you need to know before renting. We keep things clear and simple - and just ask that you treat the case with care, like it's your own.

1. Booking

To reserve a case, fill out the request form on our site. We’ll confirm availability and send all details by email. Your reservation is only confirmed once we’ve received payment.

2. Payment and Deposit

The rental fee and refundable deposit are both paid via bank transfer or in cash at pickup.

Your deposit will be returned within 5 days after the case is returned in good condition.

3. Rental Period

The rental period starts on the confirmed pick-up date and ends on the agreed return date. Need to extend? Just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

4. Pickup and Return

Pick-up is free in central Prague. We can also arrange delivery and/or return for an added fee.

5. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Cancel at least 3 days before your rental starts and you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 3 days in advance, the rental fee is non-refundable - but your deposit will be returned.

6. Damage or Loss

The cases are built to handle travel, but if it's returned damaged or not returned at all, we'll assess fair repair or replacement costs.

In the event of total loss or destruction, the renter may be responsible for up to 50% of the new value (approx. 20,000 CZK). The deposit may be used toward this amount, and the renter agrees to cover any remaining balance.

7. Care instructions

You don't need to deep-clean the case - just give it a quick wipe if it gets dirty. Please avoid using strong chemical or high-pressure washing.
