How do I rent a case?

What bikes fit?

Most road, gravel, and race bikes fit perfectly. If you're unsure, just include your bike model in the form message and we'll double check for you.

How long can I keep it?

You choose! Weekend trips, two-week holidays, or even longer - jusst let us know your dates and we'll make it work.

What if something gets damaged?

Full details are in our rental terms, but in short: treat it like it's yours. If something breaks, we'll work with you on a fair solution.

How do I get the case?

Pickup in Prague central location is free. Delivery or return can be arranged too - just mention it when booking.

Do I need to clean it before returning?

No deep cleaning needed, but please give it a quick wipe if it's muddy or dusty. Let's keep it nice for the next rider.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, just let us know before 48 hours. We understand plans change - especially with travel.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A refundable deposit is rquired for each rental - full details are shared when you reserve.
